Had to take a faulty item back. Was replaced almost instantly, no problem. Excellent service. Very helpful staff.

Bought a watch online, drove about 10 miles to get to branch only to find it was a customer return. Assistant offered me a refund and a voucher for 10% off next purchase, which I accepted. Once I got I realised that voucher hadn't even been validated. Not a good experience for sure.
